Meaghan Hall is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and Certified Cosmetic Nurse Injector who grew up in New Westminster and now calls Langley, BC home. Her days are spent doing Botox, dermal fillers, PRP therapy, microneedling, skin boosters, SkinPen and TIXEL treatments, always working toward results that look like the patient, just rested and refreshed.

Skincare came out of that work, not the other way around. After enough consults where someone’s routine was working against the treatment plan instead of with it, Meaghan started keeping her own short list of what she’d actually recommend. Meaghan Skin Co grew out of that list.

There’s no ingredient trend-chasing here. Every product gets picked the same way she picks anything for a client: does it do what it claims, is the formulation sound, and would she put it on her own skin before recommending it to someone else. If it doesn’t clear that bar, it doesn’t make the shelf.
